OUR SERVICES

Our Services

Leadership doesn’t start with commands.

It starts with understanding how dogs experience the world.

CLIENT TAILORED

Training

Our training philosophy is based on dog psychology, inspired by Cesar Millan and shaped by 9 years of real-world behavior work and group management.

We help dog owners become confident pack leaders by understanding structure, energy, and daily routines — not just commands.

Most of our experience comes from adjusting dogs with existing behavior challenges, but we’ve also seen puppy families prevent many future issues by learning this system early.

Because real change starts with people, all training begins with one-on-one, in-home coaching.
Board & Train is available only to families who have already trained with us and need further reinforcement.

STEP 1: In-Home Training Consultation (1 hour) - $100

Before any training begins, we visit your home to understand your dog in their real environment.

During this session, we take time to:

  • Meet your dog and observe their natural behavior at home and on walks

  • Speak face-to-face with you about your concerns, goals, and daily routines

  • Watch how you’ve been handling and training your dog so far

  • Identify the root causes behind current behavior challenges

At the end of the consultation, we provide honest, practical advice and a clear recommendation — whether that means moving forward with training, adjusting daily routines, or, in some cases, choosing a different path that’s better for your dog.

This session is about clarity, not pressure.

STEP 2: Client-Tailored 1-on-1 Training Sessions - $200/session

After your in-home evaluation, if one-on-one training is recommended, we’ll build a plan tailored to your dog, your goals, and your day-to-day routine.

Step by step, you’ll learn how to truly communicate from your dog’s point of view — not just what to do, but why it works.

Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, we focus on helping you build a clear, calm relationship with your dog, so behavior changes come naturally and last.

Our sessions combine learning and practice, and we continuously adjust the plan based on how you and your dog progress between sessions — ensuring the training evolves with your real life, not a fixed template.

Our focus is on teaching you the skills to build a stronger relationship with your dog — so you can resolve current behavior issues and prevent new ones from developing.

How each session works
   •    Online theory lesson
Short, practical learning you complete before we meet, so you understand the “why” behind the training.

   •    In-home coaching
Hands-on teaching and guided practice with you and your dog, focused on real-life situations at home and on walks.

What you’ll get
   •    Clear session goals and a step-by-step plan
   •    Live feedback on timing, handling, and communication
   •    Homework between sessions to lock in progress
   •    Adjustments to the plan as your dog improves

How many sessions?
Most clients complete 4 sessions, but some dogs may benefit from additional sessions depending on the situation and progress.

Board & Train

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Can't accompany your pet during vacation? Our boarding service provides an add-on for clients who’ve already completed private training with us. During the stay, your dog follows the same calm structure and rules to maintain (and sometimes reinforce) the progress you’ve built, without replacing your role as the leader.

STEP 3:  “Board & Train” — Structured Support & Reinforcement - $70/day

We intentionally place “Board & Train” in quotation marks — because this is not a standalone service, but a supportive extension of the work you’ve already done with us.

Most families experience significant progress and positive change after completing their one-on-one sessions.

When boarding is needed — whether for travel, work, or personal reasons — many owners want to ensure their dog doesn’t lose the structure and rules they’ve already learned, and remains in an environment managed with the same principles.

For this reason, we offer boarding only to families who have completed private training with us.

During their stay, dogs live within a structured routine and a calmly managed group, guided using the same communication, rules, and leadership framework they already know. This allows learning to be maintained, reinforced, and naturally integrated into daily life.

In some cases, if a family encounters challenges during the training process, this stay can also serve as a supportive breakthrough phase — helping both the dog and the owner regain clarity before continuing with future sessions.

Our goal is not to replace your role as a leader, but to support you, so progress stays consistent and lasting.

“This service is designed to support your training journey — not replace it.”
