Dimple has over 13 years experience founding, growing and exiting businesses. She started her career trading at Goldman Sachs, before leaving to found her first business for which she went on to secure a private equity exit. Dimple is currently the COO at Trouva (ranked No.1 in Startups 100 Index 2020), and is an expert at navigating growth and funding challenges, across a wide variety of operating and funding models (B2C, marketplaces, VC and debt financed).
Dimple also works as an advisor to founders from minority or under-represented groups, and organisations with a high social impact.
Dimple works closely with Concept's portfolio across finance, growth and fundraising - with much first-hand experience in marketplaces and B2C businesses.
