Phone Frequency requirement: 850/2100 MHz for 3G and 1800 MHz for 4G. Data Charges are applicable as normal pay per use @ Nu.0.0003 per kb.
Original CID is required to get NEW BT SIM. You can also email us your CID copy. SIM can be purchased from any BT counters.

e-SIM
An eSIM (embedded-SIM) is a form of programmable SIM card that is embedded directly into a device. Instead of an integrated circuit located on a removable universal integrated circuit card (UICC), typically made of PVC, an eSIM consists of software installed onto an eUICC chip permanently attached to a device.
Once an eSIM carrier profile has been installed on an eUICC, it operates the same as a physical SIM, complete with a unique ICCID and network authentication key generated by the carrier.
Kindly ensure that your mobile handset is compatible with eSIM before activating the service. To check phone compatability:

Go to Settings → General → About
If you see “Digital SIM”, “eSIM” or “Add eSIM”, the device supports eSIM.Android:
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
Look for options like “Add eSIM” or “eSIM”.
Or you may type your phone model online and check eSIM compatibility.
Tourist SIM
Our Tourist SIM is a prepaid card for travelers, providing short-term access to our mobile network with data, talk, and text services, offering convenient connectivity without a long-term plan.

SIM Retention
This Service is Currently Unavailable
BTL provides SIM retention services to all the BTL customers planning to study abroad. You can reserve your SIM in your name securing your digital identity. To avail this service, please visit our counter/s and submit all the required documents to our Sales Representatives.
Documents Required:
- CID copy of the SIM owner
- SIM retention form
Points to remember:
- You cannot retain the SIM if it is recycled.
- It needs to be retained when your SIM is active.
- You can retain your SIM up to 3 years only.
- Rental Charge: Nu.50 per annum is applicable when you retain the SIM.
