Your candy making and chocolate dipping always reminds me of the days that my mom spent dipping chocolates.
She dipped pounds and pounds of chocolates for my dad to hand out when he was the bishop. She also helped Startups out with their chocolates during the holidays.
It is a ton of work, but nothing beats a delicious homemade chocolate :)
