Pramotion and Salary increment worst.. When we ask salary increment and band pramotion to manager and project DM , PM he told complete the training post completion the mapped training... After he told take another work for band pramotion..I agreed for the same but ..after getting new update from PM and senor people we can not given band pramotion... Bad 😞😞

Everything...Poor Operation management 💩, Unhygienic Washrooms, HRs not for employees but to support management. Poor appraisal, Wrong people holding positions and taking disadvantages of their positions. Freshers are made to work like donkeys.

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. Nothing here to like. HR, Manager, ADM they don't care of you. If you are from support team they are just used you and through. They are not thinking the Wipro brand . HR are very worst. They are don't care of employees..! No hike no appraisal , no bonus, no work culture. When came time of appraisal or veriable Wipro always in loss . But other time Wipro always in profit. They can donate lots of money but they can't spend money on own employees how earn the money actually....Read More

If you dont find project in 45 days, your time will trigger to be kicked out. Will say get trained for new oppurtunities but they dont give oppurtunities, when seeking new projects on which we are trained they say no real time experience. Less sync between practice and delivery.
