Managers are extremely toxic. They don’t care if you are sick or not they just want you to work. HR’s are not there to help employees but to harass employees. I would not recommend anyone to join this organisation

Just a waste company ever no projects no help no hikes no promotions such a wrst one ever I would like to suggest all the freshers who choose Wipro among all the offers they got. NO don't choose it at all it will be such a wrst ever choice u will ever make in ur whole life.

Poor Salary compensation and benefits as compared to responsibilities and requirements. Too many hidden deductions are included in CTC. Lack of vision from Wipro leadership on employee's growth and success. Well competent, eligible and experienced resources are waiting for their respective vertical growth opportunities. This is highly demotivating and frustrating. Compensation for On-Job-Travelling is not satisfactory. Employees should be compensated for all expenses. May be a specific expense should be given to employees for their personal miscellaneous expenses. No reimbursement available for inter-city travels and expenses. Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

You will not get fired easily so job security is surely there. Obviously they are not paying you enough so the work load is not that much as well.

Wipro as a brand should provide more compensation. Here in some teams, the environment is fine but mostly company politics is there. It does not depend how dedicatedly you are working, but person with referrals from seniors authority will get the hike. It's bench policy is very bad and sometimes feeling insecure, if you will not get project with in 45 days after one project over, you will be on LOP for 90 days then company will kick you out.
