Promotion and appraisal is worst Communication with Hr for switching between project is bad especially when you are hardlocked.

Working at accenture has always been great. They have a good culture and provide great benefits to their employees.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about being in Accenture is their low salary hike /promotion . Even if there is a lot of business dependency in you , you wont get a good hike .

I have been working in Accenture (non IT) for almost 4 years. Its a good place when you get good colleagues and not more.Some managers are helpful,you can enjoy when the project goes smoothly.They provide 2 ways cabs for everyone. It's good to the people who got into Accenture with experience.

Dislikes

1. You gonna work alot but can't earn when you joined as a fresher , base pay is too low around 11k take home and basic hike will be 5 - 10% sometime 0% 2. If you are in pilot process you will die as the lead will pressure you. 3. They gonna give shift like anything, rotational, early morning, night and *no shift allowance at all* 4. People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers

Dislikes

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

Salary is decent Work profile is also not bad but not useful in any other company Colleague over here are just too competitive not usually willing to help teammates team bonding is close to 0 not seen anything like these in other companies attrition rate is too high

Over all in Accenture i like the work culture and the priority and equity they show towards women employees

Dislikes

In the last 2 years the appraisals and promotions were not happened which was the major drawback for more employees to quit

As company Accenture is great but the management is poor they think have work force in India are like 🐏 flock. So they don't respect them. They all your lifetime for salary the pay.

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.
