
Forró has experienced a remarkable surge in popularity over the past years in Europe, captivating the hearts of dancers and music enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds. With its delicious rhythms, melodies, and atmosphere, Forró has become a cultural phenomenon. However, as the community continues to expand, it is essential to address its members’ specific needs and challenges.
My name is Katy Freitas, I am a Brazilian who ironically fell in love with Forró in Germany, and this love made me choose Forró as my thesis topic.
