Hello @gonnosuke2026,
I will forward this to our development team so we can investigate this further. I will get back to you once we have reached a conclusion.
Thank you for your patience!
Hello @mwenell,
The issue you have reported seems to be a bug that occurs starting with WordPress version 6.8. I have forwarded this to our development team and they will be working on fixing this and include it in an upcoming update. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.
Hello @gonnosuke2026,
- PayPay is supported by Stripe, meaning it will work with our plugin regardless of which version you have.
- As mentioned above, it is also available in the free version.
- Regarding the configuration manager you have mentioned, the “Default” one you have found is the one you are looking for. Sometimes there are multiple options to choose from but since you only have the one, that is the one you are looking for.
Since you mentioned being in test mode, you will need to navigate to your Stripe Dashboard in test mode -> Settings -> Payments -> Payment Methods -> click the “Default” you have found -> activate and configure PayPay
Hello @zoederrick,
To better understand the issue at hand, I would like to ask you for some additional details:
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page with the PMS Register form. Please make sure that the shortcode is clearly visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Hello @uspro,
Based on the information you have provided, it is likely that the issue is caused by the PayPal vaulting functionality.
The Vaulting functionality from PayPal is imperative for the PayPal implementation to work. You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/paypal/#Requirements.
This functionality is available only to specific countries (and determined by PayPal). You can view the eligible countries here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/multiparty/checkout/save-payment-methods/#eligibility. In case your country (which the PayPal account is assigned to/created in) appears on that list, then I would suggest asking the PayPal Support team why vaulting is not active on your account, and if they can help you activate this functionality.
Hello @ben_muab,
The easiest way to see which features are available to you in the free version is by downloading the plugin and setting it up on a website of yours. This way you can experiment with the features and see what might work with your setup.
Another way is by visiting our documentation page where you can find detailed descriptions of our features as well as some quick guides for setting up different functionalities. You can also see which of the features are available with the free version.
Hello @nextbracket,
In this case, it is likely caused by your template. It seems like you are using Oxygen, which by default does not apply the
the_contentfilter which is needed by this feature. You can enable it by navigating to the Oxygen Builder Plugin Settings -> Advanced Tab -> Advanced -> Apply
the_contentfilter to Oxygen content. This should fix your issue and should allow you to add the email confirmation page.
Hello @nextbracket,
In this case, could you try leaving the Email Confirmation page empty? You can find this page on your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> general -> Email Confirmation Page.
Please check to see if this solves this solves the issue.
Hello @dany897,

Thank you for reporting this!
Hello @timboc,
If you wish your Subscription Plans to not have a “Automatically Renew Subscription” check box and have your users be set to automatic renewals by default you can:
Navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> edit the Subscription Plan in question -> under Renewal select Always renew automatically
Alternatively you can select Settings Default in the field mentioned above and navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> General -> under Renewal select Always renew automatically.
Hello @lawcentreni,
To be able to contact us on our website, in the Support for section I would like to ask you to select pre-sale question. This will allow you to submit a request without a license key.
Hello @nextbracket,
Looking at the screenshot you have included it seems like you have added 3 curly brackets to each end of the tag. The activation URL tag only has 2 of them.
Please replace the current tag you have with a version with only 2 brackets like this one here: {{activation_url}} and check to see if the issue is resolved.
You can also check the Available Tags section below the template to see the correct for for each tag.
Hello @lawcentreni,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/
Hello @rasterix,
I have checked a local instance and noticed that the same sequence is present there as well. I have forwarded this to our development team.
