    I fixed the issue.

    It seems like the plugin uses a cookie and keeps you stuck in trouble shooting mode.

    I did multiple things to fix this, not sure what worked.

    • Clicked disable trouble shooting mode multiple times with it not working
    • Downloaded and then deleted the plugin folder
    • Reuploaded the plugin folder and tried to disable plugin
    • Created a new admin account and went in to disable the plugin

    I tried to check the database to see if I can find any settings that were about trouble shooting but no luck.

    Then I finally started going through the code of the plugin to see if I can figure anything and saw that it sets a cookie.

    I opened a new private window and logged into my original admin account and everything was fine.

    I went back and cleared cookies for the last 24 hours and it fixed my account back to normal.

    I hope this helps anyone stuck in this situation.

    Manually troubleshoot your WordPress website and don’t rely on half-assed plugins. New lesson learned!
