With the Zakra theme, the Header Builder feature allows customization of the mobile menu. If you haven’t enabled the Header Builder, you can enable it. If the Header Builder is already enabled, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Header Builder and drag the Cart Component and place it next to the Toggle Button in the Tablet/Mobile View.
