Hi @liparikimberly,
Thank you for reporting this and for providing the details of your setup.
We have investigated the behavior and confirmed that this appears to be a compatibility issue between myCred’s registration hook and the registration flow used by Nextend Social Login (Twitch). We’ve shared our findings with our development team, and they are currently reviewing the best way to address it.
At this time, we don’t recommend changing your Twitch-only registration process. We’ll update this thread as soon as we have more information or a fix available.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
Thanks & regards,

Please keep me updated on this. Thank you.
Hi @liparikimberly,
Thank you for your patience.
We performed extensive testing on our end using the latest versions of both myCred and Nextend Social Login, including registration via Twitch, and we were unable to reproduce the issue. In our testing, the registration points were awarded correctly after a successful social registration.
To help demonstrate this, we’ve also prepared a reference video showing the complete process:

Could you please let us know:
- Which versions of myCred and Nextend Social Login you’re currently using?
- Whether you’re using any custom code or third-party plugins that modify the registration flow?
- If possible, could you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and deactivate other plugins (except myCred and Nextend Social Login) to see if there’s a conflict?
If the issue persists after these checks, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
Thanks & regards,
