Watermark Not Showing Up

    I am on a password protected test site and I can’t link to it.

    My watermarks are not showing up. I think I followed the instructions correctly, and I used a template the plugin person posted as a comment somewhere else here. I’m doing a bulk set and I see the watermark on the first photo (in the list) but if I click on it or look at the post, it’s gone. The watermark doesn’t show up on subsequent photos that were in the group.

    Any ideas?

    Have you verified that these images are not watermarked even though the preview suggests that? Try force refresh the browser cache using CTRL + SHIFT + R

    IW has a built in cache bursting mechanism that tries to purge the browser cached images to show that a watermark has been applied / removed. Without it, you would not see a change in the preview.

    Apart from that – did you use Grid or List view? Was that a WP native media gallery or customized with a plugin?

    I will try verifying as you said. What I did so far was open the post to see the watermark and it wasn’t there. I saved first. It was on the thumbnail at first but then disappeared.

    I used the view it said to use; I think it was list view but I don’t remember exactly. But I did notice that instruction and I followed it.

    I have one plugin that renames files. The files I was adding the watermark to were renamed years ago. I don’t know if that would make a difference.
