Someone, let’s call him B, clicks A’s link and also signs up to your affiliate program, Affiliate B has now been referred by Affiliate A. * Now B starts to promote your site, too. Mrs. X clicks on B’s affiliate link and makes a purchase for $200 net on your site. B gets a 10% commission on that, i.e. B has earned $20. As A referred B, A gets a 5% commission being in the first tier – A earns $10 off the referral granted to B. * Again, this requires [Affiliates Enterprise](https://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-enterprise/)– it’s not a feature in the free version. * Cheers * Plugin Author [Kento](https://wordpress.org/support/users/proaktion/) * (@proaktion) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9558060) * PS : In the above example, you would pay a total of $20 + $10 = $30 in commissions. * Thread Starter [aphroditemoon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aphroditemoon/) * (@aphroditemoon) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9559275) * Based on that example, it should be 3 levels correct? * Plugin Author [Kento](https://wordpress.org/support/users/proaktion/) * (@proaktion) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9559691) * The example above would be only one level – affiliate A is in the first level. * An example with three levels would be: * – Affiliate A refers affiliate B – B refers C – C refers D * A > B > C > D * If you have three levels, and D refers a customer, then D will get the direct referral and C, B and A would get their commissions too because they are in D’s upline. * Thread Starter [aphroditemoon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aphroditemoon/) * (@aphroditemoon) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9559724) * This is possible in the free version? * Or just in Pro and Enterprise? * Plugin Author [Kento](https://wordpress.org/support/users/proaktion/) * (@proaktion) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9559862) * Only in Affiliates Enterprise – see my previous comment above please [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9558059](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9558059) * Thread Starter [aphroditemoon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aphroditemoon/) * (@aphroditemoon) * [9 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/referral-level/#post-9560598) * Ok, noted.
