Query Regarding Sidebar/Footer Widget Restriction

    On my initial tests, it looks like the sidebar/footer widget restriction works with Classic Editor only. Can you confirm if it’s the case?

    Hi @5h4h4d4t,

    That’s right. Currently, that feature is only available for classic widgets.

    Content Control is currently in the process of getting revamped, and this might include compatibility with block editors.

    For now, you can install something like Classic Widgets if you must use the sidebar/footer widget restriction.
