Page padding on mobile/tablet sized screens

Beautiful theme! However, when I make a page and add, for example, a simple paragraph of text, there is no padding on mobile or tablet sized screens, so the text stretches to the very edges of the screen. There is padding for patterns, but sometimes a simple page with text is all you’d need. Any fix/advice for this? Thank you 🙂
