New topic email alert not received

I do not receive email alerts when a new topic is created in my plugin forum.
But I receive the follow-up reply email alerts.
I checked with great care in my emails, including spams.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

According to https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpsolr/subscriptions/ you are subscribed to your forum
So, let’s assume the problem is not on your end. Unsubscribe to the forum and then re-subscribe. If that doesn’t help, then check the logs for your mail server to see if mail is being rejected.
