Hi @casatreslobos,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you confirm if you have added the Primary Navigation item to your header under Appearance > Customize > Header, as shown in this screencast:
https://share.zight.com/NQuPYX8P
Also, could you check and confirm if your navigation menu has been assigned to your Primary Navigation in your menu locations, as shown in this screencast:
https://share.zight.com/GGu1pjm5
If the issue persists, could you please send us a link to your website so we can have a look.

it looks like i cant attach the screenshots showing what i have done.
i got the navigation menu to display on my desktop. but it does not display on the mobile phone.
Hi @casatreslobos,
Yes, there is no option to attach screenshots, but you can send the screenshots using another image-sharing link.
In the meantime, I noticed that your mobile header currently has the navigation menu displayed directly in the header, as shown in this screenshot:
https://share.zight.com/019fee0f-253a-7c26-b597-4e1dea93f6a8
Can you confirm if you’ve been able to achieve this setup?
If you’d like the navigation menu to display in an off-canvas area instead, you’ll need to add the Trigger Item to the tablet/mobile header and then add the Navigation Menu to the off-canvas area, as shown in this screencast:

Thank you.
