 * I notice that I can no longer hit view more on my tickets and see additional 
   details that require more space. Is this due to a recent change in the plugin?

 * In most cases, the “View More” button not working is caused by the browser zoom
   level. Could you please check if your browser is zoomed out below 100%? If it
   is, try setting it back to 100% and see if the issue persists.
 * If your browser zoom is already at 100% and the problem continues, please check
   for a possible plugin conflict. You can do this safely on a staging site by temporarily
   deactivating other plugins and testing again to see if the issue is resolved.
