Issue with featured image/menu bar

Sort of a difficult to replicate problem, but when I click to any and all internal pages (I believe specifically when I use ‘Open Link in New Tab’ in Chrome) the top of the page where the menu is displayed becomes uber stretched out sometimes.

The problem usually goes away on refresh, and seems to occur only when the loading tab is not being viewed (If the page loading is visible, it doesn’t seem to happen), if that makes any difference.
