    It’s not easy no switch from SP+ to SupportCandy because there’s no import
   possibility.

 * Hi Ben,
 * We are not suggesting to switch from SP+ to this plugin and this is not intend
   to create this plugin at all. This plugin is created for new Design and to use
   wordpress custom post feature.
 * We are maintaining both projects separately but new users encouraged to use this
   one as there is going to be many more features here only. Later on maybe we can
   stop developing SP+ and give import feature to those who want to switch.
 * For now import is less priority as there are many features are in development
   queue.
