Folders View icon disappeared

This plugin looks so exciting! Thank you so much for building this badly needed lightweight approach. Unfortunately, after I activated it and built a few folders, the folder sidebar disappeared. I don’t have the Folders View icon at all to toggle it on/off. I tried clearing all my caches and different Folder Settings. Not sure exactly what worked in all that, but for now, I have the the folders showing again with All Media showing and no jump to new folder enabled. Those are the settings I prefer anyway. However, I can’t really use this on client sites if it requires constant cache clearing. Any guess why I don’t have the Folders View option available? What information can I get you to help you diagnose?
