Folders not opening

    Hi ever since upgrade to wordpress 7 I have noticed file manager stopped working, folders wont open when clicked have to click arrow, or is that how it always worked?

    Thank you for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing this after upgrading to WordPress 7.

    Clicking the arrow to expand folders is actually the default behavior in the plugin’s tree view — however, if single-clicking directly on the folder name used to open it before, it’s possible the WordPress 7 update may have caused a minor conflict affecting the click behavior.

    Could you please share the following details so we can look into this further:

    • Your current File Manager plugin version
    • Your PHP version
    • Any error messages or console errors you’re seeing

    In the meantime, you can also try clearing your browser cache and disabling any other active plugins temporarily to check if there’s a conflict.
