first radio button after comment indenting

I have a form where I have comment areas above radio buttons. The first button after the comment area is indented and I don’t want it to be.

How can I fix this? I don’t want to use the “comments” as labels for the radio button sets, since then the label appears to the left of the radio buttons and is difficult to read properly.
