Favicon Checker not working

Installed the WP plugin, got the favicon loaded, used the checker and got red marks on every check.

Looked at the code on wordpress page and everything is generated as it should be.

Also not seeing the apple-touch-icon-120×120.png and apple-touch-icon-120×120-precomposed.png images being generated. These are the favicon images requested by IOS when the site is added to the device, not using a browser.
