    Getting this only when the plugin is enabled on a product, when it’s disabled I don’t get this problem.

    Also when I generate ticket numbers automatically they are always: “red (NOT OK – duplicat entry on the server).” Why is that? Thanks!

    Please check the amount of generated tickets. It is possible you reached the limit.

    If you are a premium user the check the settings for the ticket number. Make it big, so that the system can create more unique ticket numbers.

    21 letters are good. In 3 or 4 parts for readability – but not necessarily needed.
