Hello @oiramxd,
Thank you for reaching out. Since your reCAPTCHA scores are looking healthy on Google’s console, the issue is likely happening on the verification side between your website and Google. Please try the following:
1. Go to User Registration & Membership > Settings > Integration, delete the existing Site Key and Secret Key, save, re-enter them, and save again. Re-saving the keys often resolves unexpected verification failures.
2. Confirm in your Google reCAPTCHA console that the keys are specifically generated for reCAPTCHA v3 and that your exact domain (both www and non-www) is listed under authorized domains.
3. Deactivate all other plugins except User Registration & Membership and test the form to rule out any plugin conflict.
4. Clear all caches (site cache, CDN, and browser) and test again in an incognito window.

Hi again.
Sorry for the delay on the response. I haven’t been able to work on this matter.
Tried options 1,2 and 4 and didn’t worked for me. I will try to deactivate all the plugins.
If I reinstall r&m plugin, will make any difference? Could I lose data?
Tried to disable all the plugins and still not responding.
Also noticed that the the wordpress admin login says “Error para el propietario del sitio: La clave de sitio no es válida”.
But on the user login you can see the recaptcha banner on blue.
Hello @oiramxd,
Thank you for the update and for testing with all plugins disabled!
The error message “Error para el propietario del sitio: La clave de sitio no es válida” translates to “Error for the site owner: The site key is not valid.” This tells us that the issue is not a plugin conflict — your reCAPTCHA Site Key is invalid. Here are the most likely causes:
a) Domain Mismatch The keys may have been generated for a different domain. Please log in to your Google reCAPTCHA console at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin and ensure both of the following domains are listed:
b) Version Mismatch If the keys were generated for reCAPTCHA v2 but the plugin is set to v3 (or vice versa), they will not work. Please confirm that the version in Google’s console matches the one set in User Registration & Membership > Settings > Integration.
c) Expired or Invalid Keys Try generating a brand new set of keys in your Google reCAPTCHA console and update them in both locations:
- User Registration & Membership > Settings > Integration
- Any separate plugin adding reCAPTCHA to wp-login.php
It also appears that two different reCAPTCHA configurations may be in use — one from our plugin and one from another source. Please check if another plugin or theme is adding reCAPTCHA to the wp-login.php page with different keys.
Could you please confirm which reCAPTCHA version and keys you are using and whether the same keys are configured in all locations?
Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. We are happy to help!
Best regards!
