Error 403 Skipped mobile version

After setting up the seraphinite plugin with the extended version, it only create cache file for desktop version and skip all the mobile version. It was giving 403 error and saying skipped it. I have a php memory limit of 256MB is that an issue because it worked fine with 512MB
