Divi 5 Visual Builder

    I am testing the plugin still but I migrated a site to Divi 5, since then images do not appear in the visual builder? They do appear fine on the front end and do appear when you select and save a page. However close it and repopen and it is not longer visible and shows as a broken image.

    I have been back and forth on this with Divi support and I have no idea where this issue lies, with you, Elegant Themes or is it even a hosting issue my side? All seems to work in Divi 4 but not the new 5 builder.

    Do I need to do an upgrade to a paid plan? I plan on doing this but not until I know where this issue lies, it’s not such a big issue on site updates but a real pain when designing a site.

    Let me know if there is any known issues or if the whole thing is still in limbo?

    Hi KA,

    WP Offload Media (Pro) has built in support for Divi, WP Offload Media Lite does not.

    For sure Divi 5? I asked WPEngine who seem to own it now and they don’t know. Also asked Elegant Themes and they didn’t have a clue either….

    @kairey1964 we did some further testing of WP Offload Media 3.4.0 (Pro) with Divi 5 before release and didn’t find any issues.

    If you do find any issues with Divi 5 + WP Offload Media 3.4.0, please submit a support request through the plugin’s Support tab with details and we’ll take a look.
