Delete a region

Countries, Cities and Neighborhoods all have a way to either Bulk delete or delete singularly. But there is no way to remove a Region from this section https://iabdm.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gd-settings&tab=locations

Is there a way to delete from database?
