We have approximately 50 affiliates, but as of recently (not sure when) we are unable to see most of them. ‘Manage Affiliates’ shows only one affiliate. Clicking on “Add affiliate” does nothing, nobody can register as an affiliate through the front end either. Referrals are still showing and inbound traffic is still being tracked for the existing affiliates, but we cannot do anything.

What is happening? We were considering upgrading our level to get more capabilities but during the review of our current setup we noticed that the plugin is now severely broken on our site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

What happens when you try to register as a new affiliate from:

    • the frontend via the Affiliates registration form
    • the Dashboard after hitting the New Affiliate button

Do you get any errors on the registration form or your debug.log? The latter requires you to enable WP debugging.

As for viewing your existing affiliates, through Affiliates > Manage Affiliates, a common case when the list doesn’t show the expected results, is when the results are filtered. Please try to reset any active filters, or check the documentation page https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/affiliate-program-management/managing-affiliates/, under Searching and Filters section.

In case your copy of Affiliates plugin has been modified in any way, then it would be better if you first remove it and then install it again from the Plugins repository. For this option, make sure that you go to Affiliates > Settings > General and under Deactivation and data persistence, disable the Delete all plugin data on deactivation checkbox.

    Kind regards,

    George
