    After having a look at the attached file (screenshot of console log), it seems you do not have any business box or any default business box. Please make sure you have a default business inbox available. Also, there can be any caching issues, please clear your cache as well and re-check.

    Before the new updates (1.7.0 and 1.7.1 – 2) there was no problem and the tickets were registered well.
    On the user side, I have disabled the cache.

    Of course, I use Persian WordPress. The new update may have a problem with this language. It is not unlikely.
