Blocked Jetpack URL

This issue is spawned from this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/too-many-requests-and-login-fails/#post-16293913 by request of @lastsplash (plugin support).

Each of our domains is getting thousands of requests per day attempting to hit the “/wp-json/jetpack/v4/sync/spawn-sync” path from IP: “34.123.67.224”. The IP is not listed on https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/ as a valid IP range. Cloudflare sees this as a non-verified bot and is blocking the activity.
