Appearance Customize Error

My website uses Tatsu page builder with the Exponent theme. I get critical error when I try to access Appearance > Customize in wordpress. If I disable your plugin I can access Customize but features are missing like being able to change settings for blog posts etc. I did not have these issues before. What is a possible solution to fix your plugin error?
