[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory & Addons] Object # has no method 'colorbox'

Getting this error when i go to view a directory.
Object #<Object> has no method ‘colorbox’
and no entries are visible. also when i click approve in the entry list the green check-mark turns back into a red X.

anyone else having these issues with the latest update?
