please provide more details, is this issue happened after the installation or after using the plugin for a while? and what is the plugin version?
I have been using the plugin for many months. It is versions 13.1

What? I thought this was the support location. 5 days to get this response is totally unacceptable. You obviously have no idea what is happening or simply cannot help. In either case it means I will be deactivating and deleting the plugin. Thanks.

My apologies, but this was where I was directed for support from the plugin itself and I would have expected the plugin owner to have made that suggestion.
