I’m having the same problems too. I can no longer download the backups since the latest update. When I revert to a previous version, I don’t have these problems.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
I have tested this updated version on four websites and, indeed, the problem has been resolved.
I no longer get blank web pages with an error message and can download the backup files again without any problems.
As far as I’m concerned, the problem has been resolved with this updated version.
Once again, thank you very much for resolving the problem – at least for me – so quickly.
