Hi @istok,
Thanks for reaching out.
1. Two lists (Newsletter & Notification)
Could you please let us know what you’re trying to achieve with these two lists?
If you’re referring to displaying previously sent newsletters on your website, Icegram Express Max includes a Newsletter Archive feature. It allows you to add a shortcode that displays your sent newsletters, grouped year-wise, similar to this example:
https://www.icegram.com/newsletter-archive/
Please note that Post Notifications are not currently supported in the Newsletter Archive.
2. “Please select the list” error with the green DSGVO widget
We checked your website but couldn’t locate an Icegram Express subscription form to reproduce the issue.
Could you please share:
- The URL of the page where the subscription form is embedded.
- A screenshot showing the “Please select the list” error.
This will help us investigate the issue further.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi
I also have to separate forms in bottom of each post
Now your widget is again in right sidebar on https://rainbowsongs.org//activity/
Earlier was after sending a red line : please select list or so
There is also not possible to correctly link privacy page
Now after sending is: new site :
https://rainbowsongs.org//activity/: not reachable:
address: https://activity/#es_form_f1-p0-n1Die Website ist nicht erreichbar
On this failure page:
Prüfe, ob „activity“ einen Tippfehler enthält.

Hi @istok,
Thank you for sharing the additional details.
We investigated this on our end and found that the “Please select the list” error generally occurs when the list previously associated with the form has been deleted. We’d like to verify whether that’s the case on your website.
Could you please check the following?
- Go to Icegram Express → Forms.
- Edit the form that’s embedded on your website.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Check whether a list is selected in the Lists field.
- If possible, please share a screenshot of the Settings tab showing the selected list(s).
Once we have the screenshot, we’ll be happy to investigate this further.
Looking forward to your update!
