WordDreams is a user-friendly place for authors and readers to talk to each other, make new friends, and share resources, links, ideas, cover reveals, excerpts, and promotions. Here are general guidelines for participation on my blog:
- No politics, erotics, or X-rated
- Mild swearing is allowed, but nothing hair-raising. (Asterisks will work if you are posting an excerpt containing stronger language.)
- Play nice. Respect each other.
- Have a blog. I’ve tried interacting with Facebook and X, but it doesn’t work as well for my platform so I do require you have a blogging presence to guest post on WordDreams.
- Respond to comments. I get lots of interaction from my community. Plan to be part of that.
Types of posts I’m looking for:
- Teacher-authors--how you combine teaching and writing
- Tips and hints on how you succeed at writing
- International perspective on writing
- Your ideas on marketing and promoting your books
- Tools you use for writing, marketing that you love
