The Important Thread in Every Relationship

In every relationship’s delicate dance,
Trust, like a fragile thread, has a chance.
A tapestry woven with faith and belief,
A foundation of love, a soothing relief.

For trust, dear soul, is the heart’s beat,
A sacred bond that cannot retreat.
It’s built with honesty, an open hand,
A pillar of strength, where hearts firmly stand.

In friendships, families, and loves that ignite,
Trust is the beacon, the guiding light.
It fosters connection, a tender embrace,
A sanctuary where spirits find solace.

Without trust’s foundation, walls will rise,
Breeding suspicion, where love slowly dies.
But with trust’s foundation, hearts can soar,
Engaging in the dance, forevermore.

For trust births intimacy, souls intertwine,
In vulnerability, true love will shine.
It deepens the roots, firmly planted and secure,
With trust as the compass, love will endure.

Trust unfolds with every word we say,
Transparency, the pathway to convey.
For truths unspoken breed uncertainty,
But trust’s honesty nurtures unity.

In actions, trust is proven and revealed,
Consistency and integrity are its shield.
Promises kept, and secrets never told,
Each act builds trust, a love to behold.

Yet trust, like a candle, can flicker and wane,
Eroded by fear, it’s not easily regained.
But with humility and forgiveness in sight,
Trust can be rebuilt, a beacon of light.

So let us commit to valuing trust,
In every relationship, it’s a must.
With open hearts and words that are true,
Let trust be the essence that guides me and you.

In God’s eyes, trust is a precious gift,
An anchor that keeps our hearts uplifted.
May we strive to earn and give it in kind,
A beautiful thread, woven in love divine.

For trust, dear soul, is the bridge we cross,
It connects us deeply, no matter the cost.
Let us treasure this treasure, forever hold,
In trust’s sacred dance, love truly unfolds.

A Bond of Love

In a world where love stories are told,
A sacred bond, two souls unfold.
Marriage, a tapestry of dreams and hope,
With commitment, its foundation, a precious scope.

When two hearts align, in love they unite,
In God’s embrace, their souls take flight.
A covenant forged, vows deeply spoken,
A promise to keep, even when hearts are broken.

The path of marriage is not always smooth,
But commitment weaves strength, a steadfast groove.
Through highs and lows, like waves in the tide,
True love endures, with commitment as its guide.

For when two people choose to make it work,
Their dedication blooms, love’s flame won’t shirk.
They face life’s storms, hand in hand,
Through trials and challenges, they’ll withstand.

Commitment is the anchor that holds them tight,
In the darkest nights, it becomes their light.
With hearts intertwined, they navigate the sea,
Building a bond, stronger than what the eyes can see.

They communicate with patience and grace,
Seeking understanding in every embrace.
They listen, support, and share life’s dreams,
In commitment’s embrace, they defy extremes.

Challenges may test their very core,
But commitment opens windows for love’s restore.
They choose forgiveness, healing every scar,
With commitment as their compass, they go far.

For a marriage to flourish, it takes two,
With unwavering devotion, love shines through.
Through sacrifice and selflessness, they unite,
Embracing commitment, their love takes flight.

So let us remember, as we embark,
That marriage thrives when commitment sparks.
Through God’s grace, and love’s sacred bond,
Two souls committed, forever correspond.

In the garden of love, with commitment as the seed,
Marriage blossoms into a beautiful creed.
May we walk this path, hand in hand,
With commitment as our anchor, love’s eternal brand.

So let us cherish and nurture this gift,
Reflecting God’s love, our spirits uplift.
For when hearts are committed, come what may,
Marriage flourishes, each and every day.

With or Without A Reason

Some people will love you for a reason.
Some others will love you without a reason.

Some people will hate you without a reason.
Some others will find a reason to hate you.

Some people will find a reason to help you.
But some will not help you even when they have reasons to.

Some people will honour you for a reason.
Some other will honour you without a reason.

Some people will bless you for no reason.
Some others will find a reason not to bless you.

Some people will curse you for no reason.
Some others will curse you for a reason.

Some people will find a reason to get your attention.
Some others will find a reason to ignore you.

Whatever anyone wants to do, they will fine a reason to do it.
And whatever anyone don't want to do, they will find a reason not to do it.

I Cry Each Time I Remember

I cry each time I remember,
The echoes of a love once tender,
A tale of two hearts ablaze, it seems,
Entwined in passion, yet plagued by dreams.

In a vast world of whispered sighs,
Two souls entangled under painted skies,
Once embraced, a love divine,
Now marred by anger’s stubborn sign.

Oh, how we danced in sweetest laughter,
Our love a symphony, beguiling ever after,
With eyes that sparkled like distant stars,
We vowed to conquer life’s brutal scars.

But alas, the currents of life did sway,
As storms rolled in, love began to fray,
Our once gentle whispers turned to shouts,
Frustration and pain filled our hollowed-out house.

Yet still, I yearn for days long gone,
A time when our love was a radiant dawn,
When hands were clasped, entwined as one,
And our hearts unveiled beneath the setting sun.

But anger’s fire choked our loving touch,
Intertwined with pride, we both lost too much,
A cruel dance of love and hate ensued,
As wounds grew deeper, whispers grew crude.

Oh, how I weep for love’s innocent truth,
For innocence lost in the abyss of our youth,
We should have loved, always, forevermore,
Yet hatred clouded what we once held dear.

I tremble now, with tears streaming free,
For I know what we’ve become, him and me,
Two characters in a tragic duet,
Bound by love, yet drowning in regret.

For anger wears a veil of bitter regret,
And love gets tangled in the endless set,
Of battles fought within the walls we built,
Leaving us wounded, shattered, and guilt-ridden still.

I cry each time I remember,
The love that burned us like an ember,
For deep within, a flicker remains,
Reminding me of love’s eternal stains.

And so, I weep for our love’s lament,
A love that was pure, but badly spent,
May those who read this tale so true,
Cherish love and the vows they once knew.

The poem titled, “I cry each time I remember ” is a poem about the love story between a wife and a husband who are angry at each other, who should be loving each other always but end up hating each other sometimes.

Tell me what you think.

2021

2021 in view…

Year of greater glory.
Beauty for ashes.

Honour for shame.
Gladness for sadness.

Gain for pain.
Joy unspeakable.

Favour for labour.
Grass to grace.

Divine restoration.
Divinely arranged.

Blogging – Your Voice & Wings

Blogging will give you a voice
To speak to the world in your own way.
The voice you always knew you had
But never knew how to use.

Blogging will give some wings
To fly with your writing goals.
The wings you never knew you had
Let alone knowing how to fly.

Blogging will be the online channel
For you to let out your thoughts & feelings
The ones you’ve bottled up for so long
To the point you are bursting at the seams.

Blogging will take you to new destinations, and back
Where your feet have never touched before.
Sharing with people across the continents
And across many mountains and seas.

With blogging, you’ll see life afresh
In a new and inspiring light.
You’ll feel a sense of significance
Sharing your stories in your own words.

Blogging will give you the feeling of control
Of being incharge of your writing life.
You can write whatever you want
And post it whenever you want.

Blogging is pure freedom of writing
That you can hardly find anywhere else.
Many people are embracing it
Whether as a hobby or as a job.

Speak The Truth

A poem on speaking truth

Speak the truth and never speak a lie.

Speak the truth even if it’s to your hurt.

Speak the truth even when no one believes you.

Speak the truth and you won’t have to worry about remembering what you said.

Speak the truth but don’t force anyone to believe you.

Speak the truth, but do it in love.
