This discussion is still ongoing.
The term package as widely used in this article (and in many others) is not clearly described in the wiki. A package as they are listed in e.g. https://packages.gentoo.org/ usually has one or more ebuilds but this article seems to be about testing just one ebuild of a package.
So is it really Package testing or rather ebuild testing?
