This album feels like it's picking apart the tangled yarns of my soul sometimes. I love the sicknasty guitar and the haunting vocals, which always get stuck in my head for days on end. Echolalia is the major offender on that front (ironically) but it's hard to choose a favorite track. Saturn Devouring His Son is also extremely good.
