The headlights on my civic had a yellow tinge to them anyway. The dealer said they couldn't clean it off. I observed a lot of other cars with the same problem (not just Honda line). It was as if moisture got in under the plastic and ruined it.
I am looking forward to nice clear, bright lights again. Among all the other features newer cars have these days.
Still looking. Tomorrow I call the insurance company to determine what kind of car will cost the most and least for me insurance-wise.

Good approach. Are you planning new or used? Just look at it as a Christmas gift! That is how I viewed my PC crash...although that is a little cheaper gift ;-)
