How it works

  1. 1Step 1

    Talk through it

Hold the mic, or paste or upload a transcript (Zoom, Teams, Gong .vtt, .srt, .txt, .md, .json, .docx or .pdf) or an audio or video recording, and describe the process in plain language.

  2. 2Step 2

    Watch it map

Wavelength structures the flow in real time, picking the right shapes and connections.

  3. PNGPDFPowerPointdraw.ioMermaid Email recap
    3Step 3

    Refine & collaborate

Edit with a prompt, a right-click, or by hand, then export to PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, draw.io, Mermaid, and BPMN 2.0, or send an email recap.

The call already happened? Upload the transcript (.txt, .md, .vtt, .srt, .json, .pdf, .docx) or the recording (.mp3, .m4a, .wav, .mp4, .mov, .webm, up to 120 minutes). Wavelength builds the same map.

Capabilities

Run the whole call on one canvas

Map the process, run the room, and plan the next step without a second tool.

Share the map with everyone on the call while it builds. They join from a link, with no account. You can:

  • Go live and send one link. The room watches each step appear.
  • Run the room with a timer, dot voting, a laser pointer, and follow me.
  • Draft in private mode, then reveal the map when it is ready.
  • Save the vote results on the flow for the follow-up.

Ready for your security review.

SCIM provisioning

Okta and Microsoft Entra ID add and remove members. Flows move to a teammate when someone leaves.

Two-step verification

Owners and admins can require two-step verification for every member.

Audit log

Views, exports, and shares are logged. Export as CSV or stream to your security tool.

Your data stays yours

Transcripts are never used to train a model and never sold. Delete a flow and its transcript goes with it.

Questions

Asked often.

More questions

Do I have to record the call?

No. Wavelength listens through your own microphone while you talk, or you paste a transcript afterward. It does not join meetings, does not dial in, and does not record the other party.

Which AI does it use?

Wavelength uses open-weight models on Groq: gpt-oss for structuring and Whisper for speech to text. Per Groq’s published policy, inference inputs and outputs are not retained by default, and we never use your content to train any model.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Five saved flows, no credit card, with a Wavelength watermark, live diagram building while you talk, and 30 mic minutes per month. Starter is $4.99 per month for 50 new flows a month, 4 hours of mic time, and your own logo. Pro is $9.99 per month for unlimited flows, 10 hours of mic time, version history, email recaps, and team collaboration. Your 7 day Pro trial includes 60 mic minutes.

Does Wavelength work in Microsoft Teams or Google Meet?

Yes. The Wavelength Chrome extension is available now on the Chrome Web Store. It opens a side panel beside any meeting tab, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom on the web. Hold the mic, talk through the process, and the diagram builds as you speak. It is included on every plan, including Free.

How do organizations pay?

An organization pays for Pro per seat. Each seat costs $9.99 per member per month, or $99.90 per member per year. The owner buys the number of seats on one subscription. Each member up to the seat count gets the Pro plan.

How is this different from Lucid Process Capture?

Lucid Process Capture turns a screen recording with narration into a diagram. Lucid offers it on the Enterprise plan only, with a limit of 5 minutes per capture and 25 minutes per user per month (Lucid help center, October 2026). Wavelength builds the map live while people talk on the call, on every plan, including Free. After the call, you can also upload a transcript or an audio or video recording.
