Do my customers need an account to leave a testimonial?

No. They open your collection page link, give a star rating, write a few sentences and tick the consent box. Only you sign in, with Google.

Does anything get published automatically?

No. Every submission waits in your moderation inbox. Only testimonials you approve and publish appear on your Wall of Love and widgets.

How do I show testimonials on my website?

Create a widget (Grid, Carousel or Single quote), copy its one-line embed code and paste it where you want the testimonials. It updates automatically when you publish new ones.

Can I collect video testimonials or import reviews from other sites?

Video testimonials: not today. Wallsy collects written testimonials with a star rating (and an optional photo) directly from your customers through your own link. On Pro you can also import public posts from X (Twitter) by pasting the post link; importing from other review sites such as Google or Trustpilot isn’t available.

How much does Wallsy cost?

There is a free plan with 4 published testimonials and 1 collection page. Pro is $11/month or $110/year for unlimited testimonials and collection pages, all widget layouts and importing posts from X.
