WHY WALK LITE EXISTS

Walk Lite was created for people who are tired of carrying life with clenched fists.

For those who have learned how to function, achieve, and remain faithful—but at the cost of rest, joy, and presence.

This work is grounded in the belief that:

--> You were not created to live exhausted

--> Faith was never meant to be a performance

--> Rest is not just disobedience—it’s alignment

MY POSTURE AS A COACH

I don’t rush clients toward solutions.


I don’t pressure transformation.


I don’t push productivity disguised as spirituality.

I hold space as a companion, not just an expert—offering structure, reflection, and gentle accountability for those navigating burnout, perfectionism, and spiritual fatigue.

ABOUT ME

My name is Dr. Edden Agonafer (pronounced like Aidan).

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, and faith-centered coach with experience supporting individuals navigating chronic stress, burnout, and patterns of overfunctioning. My work has been shaped by years of clinical practice, formal theological training, and my own personal journey of learning how to live with greater honesty, rest, and alignment.

Serving as a psychologist showed me the value of therapy—and also clarified that there are seasons when people are not seeking treatment, but discernment.

My clinical background informs my ethical boundaries, emotional attunement, and respect for complexity, while coaching allows space for forward-looking reflection, alignment with values, and sustainable change.

Through my own work with spiritual direction and intentional reflection, I experienced firsthand the impact of having support that attends not only to goals, but to meaning, timing, faith, and capacity. That experience deeply influences how I hold space today.

Walk Lite was born from the desire to help close the gap between what people long for and how they are actually living—without pressure, performance, or striving. This work exists at the intersection of faith, emotional wisdom, and rest. It is grounded in the belief that growth is not rushed, healing is not forced, and clarity emerges through presence, truth-telling, and care.

My role is not to fix or push, but to walk alongside you as you slow down, realign with what matters most, and move forward in a way that feels both faithful and humane.
