This is my latest "Who I am" video that I just got produced for myself and I wanted to share it. It sounds silly to share something like this, especially that it's meant to market myself. But it's the struggle a lot of us face that I wanted to share, which is working on our own personal projects over client work. This project for me was no exception.

I was in the deep with two projects and hardly any money in the account, and should have been working to get another client when I was in the middle of getting this video produced. It was probably one of the hardest months I had to deal with over the past 3 years. But I knew I had a great opportunity to get this done so I had to take it (at least that's what I told myself).

The path of being your own boss can be very scary and stressful, but can also be super rewarding and empowering. But it's typically a lonely path that not many people truly understand until they're put into that situation. I've had plenty of times wondering if that client would pay their invoice before their due date in hopes of making ends meet for that month. And I know a lot of us don't like to share the struggles, I know I don't. But sometimes you find the support you were looking for that can help get you over that next hump. Just keep pushing through the hard work, so you end up with something you can be proud of, regardless of the outcome.
