Terms of Service

Important: By using VectoSolve, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VectoSolve ("the Service"), operated by GTA GO TO AGENCY, a French SAS (SIRET: 944 980 762 00016), located at 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and GTA GO TO AGENCY.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Compliance
VectoSolve is available worldwide as a multilingual image conversion tool. By using VectoSolve, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive sanctions by the European Union, United States, or United Kingdom, to the extent that such sanctions prohibit the use of services like VectoSolve.
- You are not designated on any sanctions list maintained by the EU, US (OFAC SDN List), or UK (OFSI).
- You are not using VectoSolve on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned entity or individual.
- Your use of VectoSolve complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to export control regulations, trade sanctions, and data protection laws.
Software Classification: VectoSolve is a consumer image conversion tool. It is not enterprise management software, industrial design software, computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), or any category of software restricted under EU Regulation 833/2014 Annex XXXIX or equivalent US/UK regulations.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of VectoSolve and any associated payments comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
3. Service Description
VectoSolve provides AI-powered image conversion services, including but not limited to:
- Image to SVG vectorization (PNG, JPG, WEBP to SVG)
- Background removal
- Image upscaling
- AI logo generation
- AI pattern generation
- Brand identity kit generation
- SVG animation (AI-powered CSS/SMIL)
- AI content generation (alt text, Etsy listings, blog articles)
- SVG to DXF conversion (for hobby laser cutting and craft projects)
- SVG to embroidery file conversion (DST, PES, JEF formats)
- SVG compatibility checking for craft cutting machines
- SVG optimization and color editing
- API access for programmatic integration
- Conversion history and file management
- Batch processing capabilities
These tools are designed for consumers, crafters, designers, and small businesses. VectoSolve is not intended for industrial manufacturing, military, or government use.
4. Credits and Pricing
4.1 Credit System
- New users must purchase credits to start converting (credit packs start at $0.99)
- Each vectorization costs $0.20 in credits
- Credits are deducted automatically upon successful conversion
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased (see Section 8 for exceptions)
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active

4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected package. We do not store your credit card information.
Stripe independently applies its own compliance checks, including sanctions screening and fraud detection, on all transactions. VectoSolve relies on Stripe's compliance infrastructure for payment processing.
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and currency conversion fees may apply depending on your location and payment method. All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues (see Section 8).
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
5.1 You Agree To:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Only upload images you have the legal right to use and process
- Keep your account credentials (password, API tokens) secure and confidential
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Upload Sensitive Data: Do not upload images containing medical records, financial information, government IDs, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal data
- Illegal Content: Upload images depicting illegal activities, child exploitation, terrorism, or content that violates any law
- Malicious Use: Use the Service to generate malware, phishing materials, or deceptive content
- Abuse or Exploit: Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond reasonable use
- Resell Without Authorization: Resell or redistribute our Service without a written white-label agreement
- Interfere with Service: Introduce viruses, overload servers, or disrupt the Service for other users
- Violate Rights: Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
⚠️ Important: Uploading images containing sensitive medical, financial, or personally identifiable information (PII) is strictly prohibited. We are not HIPAA-compliant and cannot guarantee the security of such data. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
6. API Usage and Rate Limits
6.1 API Access
Users may generate API tokens to access VectoSolve programmatically. API access is subject to the same credit costs as web-based usage.
6.2 Rate Limits
To ensure fair usage and service stability, the following rate limits apply:
- Free Tier: 5 requests per minute
- Paid Users: 10 requests per minute
- Business/Enterprise: Custom limits available upon request
Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or API access suspension. Contact us for higher limits if needed.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded images and generated SVG files. VectoSolve does not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the vectorization service.
7.2 Our Intellectual Property
The VectoSolve platform, including all software, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by VectoSolve and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without written permission.
7.3 Third-Party Services
Our Service uses third-party AI vectorization technology (Recraft AI). By using VectoSolve, you also agree to comply with Recraft's terms of service and usage policies.
7.4 Output Rights
For paid conversions, you receive full rights to the converted output files for personal and commercial use.
For free conversions (watermarked), the output is provided for preview purposes only. The watermark may not be removed without purchasing access.
You may not use VectoSolve to convert images that you do not have the right to use, or images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate delivery of credits upon purchase, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
8.1 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
European Union residents: Under Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by purchasing credits and using the Service, you acknowledge that service execution begins immediately upon credit purchase. You expressly agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once credits have been used for conversions, in accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.
For unused credits, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at support@vectosolve.com with your order reference.
8.2 Other Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges (verified by our payment processor)
- Extended service outages preventing use of purchased credits (>72 hours downtime)
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges (must be reported within 30 days)
8.3 Free Previews
We offer free watermarked previews so you can evaluate the quality of our vectorization before purchasing credits. Previews are limited to 1 per 24 hours per IP address.
9. Service Level and Availability
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
9.2 No Warranty
VectoSolve is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9.3 Quality of Results
While we use advanced AI technology, vectorization quality depends on input image characteristics (resolution, complexity, clarity). We do not guarantee perfect results for all images. Use the free preview feature to test the Service with your specific use case before purchasing.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOSOLVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Quality or accuracy of vectorization results
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
- Service interruptions or errors
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VectoSolve, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Your uploaded content infringing on third-party rights
- Any breach of your representations and warranties
12. Account Termination and Suspension
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@vectosolve.com. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited (non-refundable).
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations (illegal content, security threats, etc.).
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will remain in effect.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using VectoSolve, you acknowledge that uploaded images are processed by third-party AI services (Recraft AI) and consent to this processing. Images are deleted immediately after conversion and are not stored permanently.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email notification to your registered email address
- Prominent notice on our website
- Update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. VectoSolve is operated by GTA GO TO AGENCY, a company registered in Dijon, France.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under such mandatory provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at legal@vectosolve.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
15.3 Mediation (EU Consumers)
If informal resolution fails, EU consumers may refer the dispute to a consumer mediation service free of charge, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The competent mediator is the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP): www.cmap.fr.
You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15.4 Jurisdiction
For professional users, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dijon, France. For consumers, the applicable jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VectoSolve regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
