My new Mimosa plant is very sensitive
yet she didn’t close up with the raindrops.

Our Sunday
as you might have heard in the news
was extremely stormy as Ciara swept through.
There was so much rain with it,
hitting the windows.
The garden needs a good tidy up now,
as ornaments fell off,
some pots tipped, some broken,
the bench cover flew off,
I managed to get it in time to take inside.
The cat didn’t even attempt to go out.
Once the rain and storm dies down I shall rescue everything.
Still the small little flowers braved it all and stand proudly in the pot.
