Biggest achievement to date

Developing a complex software system from scratch and successfully launching it to a wide userbase.

What’s your role at Uncrowd?

In my role as a developer, I am responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, writing code, and debugging and testing platform.

What excites you about your job?

Working as a developer gives me the opportunity to solve problems, create innovative solutions, and continuously learn and improve my skills.

What’s your biggest achievement since working at Uncrowd?

Developing a major analytics software project and meeting all the client's requirements.

What would you say to CX professionals out there that might make them think twice about using traditional customer analytics?

I would emphasize that relying solely on traditional customer analytics may provide an incomplete picture. Uncrowd's platform offers a data-driven approach that combines AI, machine learning, and behavioural science to provide deeper insights and enable more effective decision-making.

What gets you excited about the future of Uncrowd?

What excites me most is our continuous innovation and the potential to revolutionize the way businesses understand and engage with their customers. I look forward to exploring new technologies and methodologies that push the boundaries of customer analytics.
